Iberdrola QSTP LLC operates from the Tech A1 building within Qatar Science & Technology Park, a facility containing laboratories, technical rooms, research spaces, offices, and server environments requiring stable indoor conditions. To support operational continuity, precise climate control, electrical reliability, and safety compliance are essential.
Caltiq Trading, Contracting & Maintenance (CTCM) was appointed as the engineering partner to provide a comprehensive Annual Preventive Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering the building’s AHUs, FCUs, chilled water system, electrical distribution, plumbing services, and fire alarm system.
