PROJECT OVERVIEW

This elegant villa in New Salata is undergoing a comprehensive renovation to modernize its interior environment, upgrade all mechanical and electrical systems, and deliver a high-end residential living experience. The client, Mr. A.A. Al Malki, appointed Caltiq Trading, Contracting & Maintenance (CTCM) to execute the full renovation scope, excluding any structural works.

The goal is to transform the villa into a modern luxury home through complete MEP upgrades, refined interior design enhancements, exterior refurbishments, and premium finishing improvements.

1. COMPLETE VILLA RENOVATION

Caltiq’s renovation works cover all non-structural civil upgrades, including:

Removal of selected internal partitions (non-load-bearing only)
Decorative wall modifications
Door and window replacement (no structural resizing)
False ceilings and interior layout enhancements
Built-in cabinetry redesign
