Techspine Qatar required urgent, on-call air-conditioning maintenance for both their main office and their staff accommodation facilities in Doha. To restore stable cooling and ensure a comfortable working and living environment for their team, Techspine engaged Caltiq Trading, Contracting & Maintenance (CTCM) to carry out a one-time, engineering-focused HVAC service.
The objective was to quickly diagnose issues, perform deep preventive cleaning, and restore the performance of all AC units across the locations.
