PROJECT OVERVIEW
Jadore Tailoring, located inside Ezdan Mall – Al Gharrafa, relies on chilled water Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to maintain a stable and comfortable indoor environment for customers and staff. Retail outlets inside malls experience variable cooling loads, making well-maintained FCUs essential for consistent temperature control.
Caltiq Trading, Contracting & Maintenance (CTCM) was appointed to carry out a complete Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the FCU systems serving the shop. The focus is to enhance cooling efficiency, prevent downtime, and ensure reliable operation throughout the year.
1. FCU Preventive Maintenance
Caltiq performed full preventive servicing for all FCUs, including:
- Deep cleaning of cooling coils
- Washing or replacing filters
- Clearing condensate drain lines to prevent leakage

- Checking blower motors, belts, and airflow output

- Inspecting insulation on accessible chilled water piping
