Multilink Trading operates from a commercial facility consisting of office rooms, administrative areas, staff workspaces, storage sections, and client-facing service areas. In these environments, reliable cooling and safe electrical distribution are essential for maintaining comfort, ensuring smooth workflow, and preventing productivity loss. Because the facility depends entirely on Split AC units for cooling, the performance and reliability of these units directly influence daily operations.
Caltiq Trading, Contracting & Maintenance (CTCM) was selected to manage the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for all Split AC units and electrical systems across the property. The goal of the AMC is to ensure consistent cooling, eliminate unexpected breakdowns, reduce operational disruptions, and maintain electrical safety throughout the year.

Multilink Trading’s entire cooling infrastructure is built on wall-mounted and high-wall Split AC systems, installed across offices and storage areas.
