This villa in New Salata is undergoing a full renovation to modernize its infrastructure and improve living comfort. While the civil renovation works are being executed by another contractor, Caltiq Trading, Contracting & Maintenance (CTCM) was appointed by client Mr. Salah Al Jaidah to perform the complete HVAC renovation, covering system replacement, duct upgrades, installation of new Mitsubishi Electric ducted split units, and ongoing AMC services.
Caltiq is responsible for all mechanical cooling works, ensuring high-performance HVAC operation once the villa renovation is fully completed. The project is currently ongoing, with HVAC installation progressing in coordination with civil and interior finishing contractors.
Caltiq was engaged to design and install a fully upgraded cooling system using premium Mitsubishi Electric ducted split units. These systems were selected for their durability, quiet operation, and suitability for Qatar’s climate.
